edition	string	required	Quarterly edition the stat belongs to (e.g. 2026-Q3).
headline	boolean	required	True for the headline stats designed to be quoted.
metric	string	required	Short label for the capability measured.
statement	string	required	Denominator-explicit sentence stating the result, safe to quote verbatim.
value	string	required	Human-readable value (e.g. '6 of 7', '300 s (median)').
numerator	number \| null	required	Count meeting the condition, or the computed value for non-share stats.
denominator	number \| null	optional	Size of the tracked set. Null for non-share stats.
percent	number \| null	optional	numerator / denominator as a percentage. Null for non-share stats.
unit	string	required	Unit of the value (registrars, seconds).
methodology	string	required	One line stating exactly how the value is counted from the source dataset.
computed_from	array · object	required	The primary dataset(s), version(s) and field(s) the stat is computed from.
breakdown	object	required	Maps each outcome label to the registrar ids in that group — the full audit trail.
canonical_url	string · uri	required	Stable, citable URL for the stat.
